    CLIENT CASE STUDY
“How to Get More Done with Less Stress”

I had a unique opportunity to speak at a conference in Reykjavik, Iceland in December 2003.  The Society for Incentive Travel Executives (SITE) selected my presentation topic “How to Get More Done with Less Stress” because of its ideal fit with their conference theme: “Renew, Refresh, Rejuvenate.”

Although my topic emphasizes de-stressing thru effective communication—saying NO nicely, setting boundaries and dealing with competing demands—the Iceland conference planners determined that dealing with communication-related stress was an integral part of their theme.

As usual, I arrived early and stayed late which helps me learn more about the industry and develop a deeper connection with the audience members.
